Successful implementation of evidence -based genomic and precision health intervention requires understanding what works and does not work in the context of various medical and public health settings. Research and diagnosis facilitate the tools and methods of science implementation of these interventions. Here we summarize a new CDC Knowledge Base, a collection of these studies of science implemented, and to this day, to this day, a summary of their collective contribution.
What is phgkb?
Implementation Science Public Health Genomics and Prabic Health Knowledge Base (IS-PHGKB) is an online, permanent refreshing, a database able to seek information and posts that implement the role of science to accelerate genomics and precision health applications in practice and in programs. IS-PHG KB is a component of our overall PHG Database, which collects information and posts selected by the genomics and Prabic Public Health (OGPH) since 2013 on the translation of genomics and precision health technologies into population health benefits. IS-PHGKB related to implementation research methods and tools to improve the health effects of population population of genomic and precision health applications. Implementation Science is relevant at the level of global, national, state, community and health system.
The previous blogs in our office have highlighted the significant value of the integration of science implemented in genomics and health health research. The following years have a sharp pattern of such blogs.
IS-PGB’s BB has identified genomics and precision-related scientific posts, guidelines, comments, reports, news, and events that implement the PHG Database Science Search Terms of Sciences as a whole (see the supplement below). As of June 7, 2023, most of the records within IS-PHGKB have been classified as genomics Prabic Health (N = 241), which is less classified as non-genomaxic health (N = 63). It can be partially attributed to the fact that non -genomics precision health ratings were not released in 2021 to 7.0 versions of PHG. Additional category within IS-PGKB contains Covid-19 (N = 19), NIH information (N = 11), CDC Information (N = 12), Human Genome Epidemiology Studies (N = 12), Human Genome Epidemiological Studies. And the level of ranking guidelines (n = 2).
Trends in the original research of the implemented science of genomics
In the original research articles (N = 104) within the genomics health health rating, most of the T3 studies were reported to be the guidelines based on evidence translated into health practices (N = 79), which included a lesser T4 study of real -world health results on population levels (N = 13). The data below show these trends over time.
* Data collected during June 7, 2023
** T3 and T4 research are described in our 2007 dissertation.
In the study of enforcement (N = 90), more than one -third were not specific to the disease (n = 36). Cancer prevention/risk diagnosis was mostly a theme of disease -related applications (N = 24), followed by cancer treatment (N = 6), pre -birth testing (N = 5) and newborn screening (N = 4), Family Hypectolesolium (N = 4), Mental Health (N = 3), Mental Health (N = 3) Nephropology (N = 3), nephrology hypertension (N = 1), and Angelman Syndrome (n = 1). Genomic applications related to pharmacology (16), Family Health Date (N = 13), and Cascoid Testing (N = 4) were included. Studies identified as guiding principles as a tire 1 as a tire 1 include hereditary cancer (N = 12) and family hypercalisolium (N = 4).
The focus of some studies (N = 38) was a pre -enforced strategy, which includes interviews and reviews of obstacles and facilitators through interviews, and a survey of various physicians, administrators, patients and other population samples. Implementation Science, focusing on understanding how and why the implementation of intervention is successful or unsuccessful, was estimated in many studies (n = 52). Implementation Science Framework, Models, and/or theories were used in more than half of studies (N = 46).
Moving forward
To summarize, we hope that clinical and public health researchers can use IS-PHGKB to quickly recover genomax and precision-related scientific posts, guidelines, comments, reports, news, and events at the intersection of the clinical and public health. IS-PHGKB can be a valuable source for the progress and impact of genomics and precision health applications. Since we are seeing an upstairs trend of original studies over time, we expect its contribution to the success of genomics and will increase health -related health over the next few years. We will continue to improve this database and detect important topics and tools for the implementation of genomics and precision health.
