It is important for children to go to school, but this year, it can be a difficult experience. After the months of closure and getting education at home, there will be a lot of trouble and uncertainty for parents and children. The situation is also a challenge for school leaders, administrators and teachers. School children need to choose a suitable approach to ensure smooth transition in the ‘new routine’, where physical school attendance is subject to health and hygiene protocol. Whatever the point of view has been selected-learning to learn in front, distance/remote or hybrid/mixing education and learning-is something that will need to help schools and teachers to visit students.

What should teachers and schools do to prepare and help children and their families for this transition? There are some suggestions that are being focused on one aspect: teaching.
Open, facts, honest and sharp communication
Returning to school and learning routines offers a special level of trouble for children and parents, especially after a few months of home imprisonment. Open, facts, honest and sharp conversations about the Coid -19 sanitary measures will help to reduce confusion and concerns from school return plans. Communication methods (such as newsletters, email, telephone or SMS) and short, clear and frequent messages have used short, clear and frequent messages to update families and students, and what will happen to be a welcome way to get a smooth return to school and to get a smooth return to school.
Make a plan for adjusted pedogi
Adjusting to ‘New Normal’ is a process, not a simple schedule, which requires teachers and especially school leaders to make time to think and plan. At the teaching level, teachers will need to allow multiple entry points in any new or new adaptive activities (instead of opting or opt -out), and plans to distinguish classroom learning as needed and students need. This will help to meet new needs, which can be done not only in terms of their differences in knowledge but also in terms of their social, emotional fitness and mental health. In addition, teachers can also support the social emotional education of children by acknowledging these difficulties by demonstrating sympathy with the students and acknowledging these difficulties.
Creatively engage in learning children
Learning is a part of survival and is ready with context. Children provide a good example of learning and learning their experiences. Teachers should find these experiences and know about these experiences to innovate their teaching approach. There are many simple, creative ways that children can be used to share their experiences and discover their impact on their life and their understanding. For example, children can express themselves with writing, poetry, music, art, dance, drama, etc. It not only encourages them to share their emotions and experiences, but also an effective way to teach creativity.stay Century is needed to mold and deal with them. By examining these tasks, and talking to the students, teachers will also get insights on their learning style (self -monitoring, reflection, self -management and meta scientific process).
Experiences taken from captivity to enhance the confidence and flexibility of the pupils
Now, more than ever, increasing the trust and flexibility of school children is of paramount importance: children with high self -esteem are able to make difficult decisions, support adults of support, and be self -sufficient in their education.
In the past months, the level of responsibility for accepting children of all ages has been very high and should be celebrated as well. By listening to and verifying their worries, teachers can help children feel more secure and helpful at school, thus creating new levels of trust and independence. Another strategy that teachers can use is to choose and use the standard output of students who were developed during home learning and were developed as a vehicle for significant conversation in education and learning activities. This exercise is useful to help students take charge of their own education and thus help enhance their flexibility.
Take advantage of the School Family partnership for teaching
Working from home during the lockdown has created a real opportunity for parents’ understanding and sympathy for teachers, and on the contrary, there are many benefits of teaching and learning. For example, more and more parents’ understanding about the curriculum can help set up more meaningful goals and better support systems of learning students at home. Schools should take this opportunity to improve children to better learn learning, improve structures and content, to improve structures and content, to modify and adapt to them, to strengthen and expand communication strategies and contributions with parents and expand it.
